NEKOB Le village à 45 kasbahs son nom vient d’une grotte nommée N’akb, située au Nord-Est de la colline où se trouve le village.
Cette grotte était un lieu d’arrêt pour la tribu d'Aît Atta. Quand les nomades allaient chercher les dattes à la vallée du Draa, ils s'y reposaient pendant une nuit pour continuer leur randonnée , le jour suivant, vers le djebel Saghro.
Cette grotte était consacrée à la garde du canal d’eau qui irrigue toujours les deux oasis de N'kob.
Agedim est un édifice situé juste à coté : il sert à la garde permanente du canal. La première kasbah de N’kob date du 1899 .
NEKOB est un village de 45 Kasbahs entouré par des oasis irriguées par des "targwas"( canalisations souterraines). C'est un site connu du sud Maroc situé au pied du Djebel Saghro et de la "Hamada" (désert de pierres). En venant de Ouarzazate, c'est une halte incontournable sur la route des dûnes de Merzouga. Vous pourrez repartir ensuite vers les gorges du Todra, du Dades, la Vallée des Roses et retourner vers Ouarzazate par la palmeraie de Skoura.
RIAD AUBERGE BASSOU, située sur la "hamada" près de Nkob, est le point de départ des randonnées pédestres, muletières, en VTT, en 4x4... Vous découvrirez l' univers minéral du Djebel Saghro et ses paysages grandioses.
N'KOB: its name comes from a cave called Do NAKB, located northeast of the hill where the village.
This cave was a stopping place for the tribe of Ait Atta. When the nomads would seek dates at the Draa Valley, they rested there overnight to continue their trekking the next day, towards Jebel Saghro.
This cave was dedicated to the care of the water channel that runs through the two always N'kob Oasis.
Agedim is a building located just off: it is used for permanent custody of the channel. The first kasbah N'kob dated 1899.
N'KOB is a village surrounded by 45 Kasbahs oasis irrigated by "targwas" (underground pipes). This is a known site in southern Morocco at the foot of Jebel Saghro and "Hamada" (stony desert). From Ouarzazate, this is an inevitable stop on the way to Merzouga dunes. You can then go back to the Todra Gorge, Dades, Rose Valley and back to Ouarzazate by Skoura.
